About a month ago I purchased an 03 Corvette from your dealership sight unseen. Just wanted to tell you what a jewel of a Sales Associate you have in Robert Bird. His communication was excellent throughout the whole process, which took several days to complete considering the paperwork that had to be Fedexed and having the car shipped to me.
Mr. Pierce was the first person I communicated with and he is very efficient with his dealings, which I also appreciate. I never felt like I got the typical “used car salesman” treatment from him or Mr. Bird. He was no nonsense and took care of business.
